This is the page where we will explain exactly how you can make an appointment to come riding.  If you haven't ridden with us before or your just unfamilar with our booking procedure please read on so we can handle your enquiry as smoothly as possible.

Telephone or E-mail ?

You can contact us via either telephone or e-mail.  Contacting us via e-mail is preferable as we are a very busy yard with over 60 horses to look after so we can't always get to the phone.  I check the e-mails every morning, lunchtime and evening so your guareenteed to be contacted within 24hrs. Our secretary works on a Tuesday and Friday afternoon and all day Saturday so these are the best times to call us.  We do have two mobile numbers and the landline is usually diverted to a mobile so if you want to speak to someone in person, there should be a friendly voice on the other end of the line however they will often be on a horse rather than in the office!

When, where and for how long ?

It is very helpful if you have a date and time in mind for your horse ride and we will try and accomodate your request if at all possible.  Having a back up date is always a good idea too especially if you are wanting to book in during our busier weekend times.  It's also great if you know whether you want a lesson or a hack and whether you want to be taught privately or in a group.

If your a groupon client there are specific dates which you can choose from for your trek - these are listed at the bottom of this page.

Basic information

In order to pick the correct horse for you, we will need to know a few basic facts.  We need to know your approximate height and weight as well as any prior experience you may have had.  If your sending us an e-mail please also give us your contact number.

If your booking a groupon we will need the groupon code and the security code printed on your voucher.

If your redeeming a Cravendale 2 for 1 voucher we will need the unique reference code.

We will get back to you . . .

Once you have e-mailed us all of that information we can get back to you confirming your booking.  We have hats, boots and body protectors that you can borrow free of charge.  You can pay in advance by BACS or pay on the day with cash or a cheque.

Please pick from the following dates:

All treks run from 12.30 until 2.30pm.  Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to fill out a rider registration form and borrow a hat and boots.  Please bring your paper voucher with you to present upon arrival.
